Gordion has entered a research collaboration with Biomunex Pharmaceuticals, a Paris- and Cambridge-based biopharmaceutical company specialising in bispecific and multi-specific antibodies. Under the agreement, Gordion will apply its biological network analysis and computational target discovery to identify novel bispecific target combinations for Biomunex's BiXAb® platform - surfacing clinically differentiated target pairs for next-generation cancer immunotherapies.

His talk — A Tale of Two Phase Transitions — made the case that traditional experimental systems cannot capture human tumour complexity, and that patient-level data offers a fundamentally different basis for designing cancer therapies. The event was hosted by The Heart, a Warsaw venture builder focused on life sciences.

The targets were identified through patient-derived gene dependency mapping — dependencies not detectable in standard cell-line models. MTAP deletions occur in approximately 15% of all cancers, with no targeted therapies currently approved.
